2001-2005: The Foundation
From Trading to Understanding Market Needs
Yinmai started as one player among many in the trading sector, growing from a single stall to an established presence. During these years, we gained deep insights into the fluctuating demands of the cosmetic packaging market.
2006-2008: Taking Control of Quality
In-House Post-Processing & Spray Painting
Faced with unpredictable quality from external spray-painting suppliers, we realized that to guarantee premium results, we had to control the process.
The Shift:Yinmai established its own spray-painting workshop.
The Result: We evolved from manual to semi-automated processes, bringing post-production in-house to ensure timely delivery and superior finish. By 2008, inspired by client feedback, we upgraded to fully automated spraying, becoming one of the most standardized post-process manufacturers for cosmetic glass bottles
2014-2015: The Turning Point
Securing the Supply Chain
We learned a hard lesson: even the best craftsmanship cannot protect client interests without a stable supply of raw glass. Frequent quality issues from contracted lines forced our team into constant after-sales crisis management, stifling our growth.
However, we saw the bigger picture. The Chinese cosmetic industry was a "sunrise sector" with massive potential demand for premium packaging but a severe shortage of high-quality manufacturers.
The "Glass Dream" is Born (2015): We concluded that owning our own glass factory was the only path forward. We committed to re-entrepreneurship, driven by the passion to produce exceptional glass products.
2016-2018: Innovation & Construction
Building the First Electric Furnace Plant
We envisioned a transparent, agile, and dynamic glass factory.
2016:Planning began for the cleanest workshop in the industry.
2018 (Groundbreaking): Breaking industry conventions, we studied advanced production lines and launched the construction of the cosmetic industry's first electric furnace glass plant. This technology ensures cleaner production and higher clarity glass.
Production Launch: Furnace 1 went live with 2 lines, achieving a monthly capacity of 3.5 million pieces.
2021: Rapid Expansion
Scaling Up Production Capacity
To meet growing global demand, Furnace 2 went into operation with 3 additional lines. This expansion boosted our total monthly capacity to 5.5 million pieces, solidifying our position as a high-volume, high-quality supplier.
